Return Policy

Returns Policy B2B – EtalonMix NL BV
This return policy applies to all business purchases (B2B) through our webshop. By
By placing an order, the buyer agrees to the conditions below.

1. General
There is no legal right of withdrawal for B2B orders. Returns are only accepted
accepted after prior written approval of EtalonMix NL BV
All return requests must be submitted by email to info@etalonmix.nl. Returns that
Orders sent without approval will not be processed and will not be credited.

2. Conditions for approval application
A return request will only be processed if the following conditions are met:

• The product is unopened, unused and completely sealed. Items whose seal has been broken
  broken, will not be returned for hygienic and safety reasons.
• The original packaging is complete and in saleable condition.
• The request must be submitted within 7 days of receipt of the order.

3. Products that cannot be returned
For reasons of hygiene, safety and quality assurance, the following categories are not returned
taken:

• Pigments whose seal has been broken or opened.
• Needles, cartridges and other sterile consumables whose packaging has been opened or
  is damaged.
• Devices and machines: these cannot be exchanged or returned, except in the case of
  a demonstrable manufacturing defect within the warranty conditions.
• Items that have been specially ordered or produced to request.

4. Returns procedure

1. Send an email to info@etalonmix.nl with order number, reason for return and photos of the
   item in original packaging.
2. Awaiting written approval.
3. Upon approval, the customer will receive the return address and return instructions.
4. The customer ships the products at his own expense and risk.
5. After receipt, EtalonMix NL BV checks the products for intact seals and neat packaging,
   absence of traces of use and damage.

 

5. Refund
Any refund will only be made after the return has been fully processed by EtalonMix NL BV.

When seals are missing, signs of use are present or packages are opened or damaged
If the return is not received, it will be refused. No refund will be made.

6. Returns due to non-at-home/non-collection
If an order is returned because the customer did not collect the package, was not at home or
If you have not tracked the shipment, you will be charged shipping costs again
re-shipment.

7. Damage or errors upon delivery
Transport damage, shortages or incorrectly delivered items must be reported within 48 hours.
