These FAQs are written for PMU professionals in the Benelux. We serve only business customers (B2B) and accept orders from professional users (18+). Still need help? Send us a message or join our Telegram support group.
My orders
How do I place an order?
- Add the desired products to your shopping cart and complete your order through the secure checkout.
- Enter your details and, if applicable, a discount code.
- Do you have a VAT number for reverse charge? Enter it correctly before completing the payment.
- After completion you will receive an order confirmation with invoice by email.
- Please note: we can no longer deduct VAT or offset discounts on subsequent payments!
How quickly will my order be delivered?
Orders within the Netherlands are usually delivered within 1 to 2 working days delivered, if placed on working days before 14.00 hour.
For deliveries within Europe, the average delivery time is 3 to 5 working days, depending on the country of destination.
Outside Europe the average delivery time is 1 to 2 weeks, depending on the delivery service and local processing.
Can I pick up my order on location?
What if the item I ordered is out of stock?
Is ordering from Etalon Mix Benelux safe?
Yes. Our products comply with relevant EU/NL safety and hygiene requirements. We supply products from reputable manufacturers with CE marking (where applicable) and keep our product range up to date.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Once an order has been confirmed, we generally cannot change or cancel it. If you've made a mistake, please contact us immediately via the contact page. If an order has already been processed or shipped, changes are no longer possible. Forgetting to enter a discount code is also not a valid reason to cancel your order. We cannot undo this.

Which payment methods do you accept?

All payments are made via a encrypted connection.
What is IDEAL?
With iDEAL, you can securely pay for your online purchases using the specific security methods of your own bank (Netherlands). As soon as you're ready to pay, you'll be redirected to your bank's login screen, where the payment can be processed.
Is it possible to pay with a gift/credit voucher?
Yes, payments can be (partially) paid with discount codes or promotions offered as a fixed amount or percentage discount. These codes are provided exclusively by Etalon Mix NL BV.
Important: The discount must be activated before payment is made, as we cannot adjust it after payment has been made.
Shipping & returns
What are the shipping costs?
Shipping costs are automatically calculated based on destination country, weight/volume en carrierYou will see the costs at checkout. in front of You confirm your order. International rates vary by country.
How quickly do you ship?
Orders placed on working days before 14 p.m. We will ship your order in principle once it has been placed at the hour same working day.
Orders on Saturday and Sunday be on Monday shipped. You will receive a tracking number once your package has been handed over to the carrier.
Indicative delivery time: NL 1–2 business days, EU 2–4 working days (depending on carrier/destination).
Exceptions: holidays, pre-orders, inventory differences and logistics peaks.
Can I pick up my order?
Returns Policy (B2B)
We only supply B2B. Returns are therefore only possible according to our business return policy:
- Report a return beforehand within 7 days after receipt, with order number and reason.
• Only unopened, undamaged articles in original, undamaged packaging are eligible.
• Hygiene/safety: sterile needle modules en opened pigments Dealer NOT ALLOWED taken back.
• Products that are specially ordered/configured (customization/pre-orders) are non-returnable.
• Returns are at the sender's expense and risk, unless we made a mistake.
• After checking and acceptance, we will credit the goods value according to the current conditions. Please refer to our full Return Policy on the website for details (addresses, processing times, any restocking conditions).
What do I do if I receive a defective or incorrect item?
Report this within 7 days after receipt via info@etalonmix.nl (add photos/video). We will work together to find a suitable solution; if necessary, we will send a replacement product.
Product warranty against manufacturing defects applies according to the legal and/or factory conditionsDamage due to improper use, storage, or normal wear and tear is not covered.

Who/what is Etalon Mix NL?
Etalon Mix NL is a specialized webshop and supplier for permanent make-up (PMU) professionals in the Benelux. The brand was originally developed by Albina Lazareva and has grown into an internationally recognized name with a focus on quality, innovation and professionalization.
We offer a carefully selected range pigments, needle modules and PMU accessories – everything for professional, safe and predictable PMU work.
Do you offer personal advice and support?
Yes. With our customer-oriented service We support PMU specialists on a daily basis, so that you get the most out of your work.

How do you guarantee quality?
We carry out regular quality controls out, work closely with our manufacturers and only expand the range when products meet our requirements for safety, consistency and performance.
VAT reverse charge (intra EU B2B)
For intra-EU B2B deliveries Is VAT reverse charge possible in the case of a valid VIES VAT number and cross-border delivery.
- Enter your VAT number before payment .
- Don't see the transfer at checkout? Please contact before payment.
- After payment can we check the vat status not anymore to adjust.
- Validation is done through the VIES system (any rejection is beyond our control).
Are there rules surrounding the sale of PMU products?
Yes, we deliver B2B only on professional users (18+) in the beauty and/or medical sector. We can verification questions (e.g. Chamber of Commerce registration, VAT number or professional details) and we reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders if there are any doubts about professional capacity.
The Netherlands: for performing PMU treatments a GGD permit required and the practice must comply with NEN‑EN 17169 (safe and hygienic tattooing/PMU). Consult local regulations if you work outside the Netherlands.
What are the benefits of an account?

Can I have my personal data deleted?
Yes. Send your request to info@etalonmix.nlWe delete your data, except information that we are legally required to keep (e.g. tax invoice information).

Are Etalon Mix pigments and needles suitable for beginners?
Yes, provided you have completed good basic training and work according to the guidelines.
Recommendations for beginners:
- Pigments (eyebrow, mineral): start coloring #6, #7, #8, #9 and #10Mineral is usually more forgiving than hybrid and heals more gently (with correct technique).
- Needle module: start with a medium taper. Select the configuration that suits you skin type and technique to prevent skin trauma.
Please note: Perfect healing depends on pressure, speed, depth, angle and outputPractice on latex first and get training.
How do I choose the right pigments and/or needles?
The choice depends on, among other things:
- Skin type and condition (filter, sun damage, scars/trauma)
- Desired result and technique
- Experience and preference

Do Etalon Mix pigments comply with REACH?
Yes. Our pigments are developed to comply with the restrictions of REACH, Annex XVII (Entry 75) for tattoo and PMU inks (in force since 4 Januari 2022).
Each pigment has a SDS/safety data sheet readily available.
Do Etalon Mix needle modules comply with EU guidelines?
Yes. Our needle modules are produced according to strict quality standards and are sterile packed, provided with CE marking en lot number for traceability. All modules have a membrane (barrier system) to prevent backflow of pigment and body fluids into the handpiece.
Note: Cosmetic PMU needle modules are intended for professional use. Application must always take place in accordance with applicable hygiene requirements and local regulations.
Are all Etalon Mix needle modules sterile and single-use?
Yes. Each needle module is individually, sterile packed and intended exclusively for single use.
Which pigment types does Etalon Mix supply?
We deliver mineral en hybrid pigment, plus small dispersion variants.
• Mineral: heals soft and natural (with correct implantation).
• Hybrid (mineral + organic): more intense post-healing colors with higher color retention.
• Small dispersion (eg Antonina Andrusenko lip line): smaller particles for a refined second skin effect.
What needle types are there and how do I recognize them?
Diameter (common): 0,25 - 0,35 mmThinner = finer pixels; thicker = more powerful output/broader line (if appropriate for skin/technique).
Configurations:
• RL – Round Liner: straight lines; needles close together.
• RS – Round Shader: shadow/filling; needles slightly further apart.
• MG – Magnum: straight rows for larger areas and removals.
Taper/needle point:
• Medium taper: medium length, sharp.
• Long taper: longer and sharper for high precision.
Are all needles compatible with my device?
Not every handpiece uses universal cartridges. Always check that you PMU device is suitable for universal needle modules.
• Universal device: works with universal needles.
• Non-universal: only with brand-specific cartridges.
How do I store PMU products?
Save cool and dry, out of direct sunlight. Do not store packaging sealed to use and keep out of reach of children.
Always consult the label and the SDS for specific temperature and shelf life instructions.
Note: Sterile seals be allowed to not damaged when working on the skin. Practicing on latex with opened products is permitted according to the product instructions.
